- Remove front studs from Harley-Davidson inside plate by gently taping out of plate.
- Use 1/4-20 bolts with flange nuts where stud were to mount tour pack and inside plate to GQTechs mount.
- Place flange nut on bottom of GQTechs mount and thread bolt into nut from inside tour pack.
